Kiko’s Den Community Donation Policy

At Kiko’s Den, we are proud to support our local community and charitable organizations. As a small business, we maintain a structured giving program so we can continue contributing in a meaningful and sustainable way.

Quarterly Giving Program

Kiko’s Den provides a limited number of charitable donations each quarter.

• Two (2) donation requests are approved per quarter

• Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-considered basis

• Once the quarterly donation limit has been reached, no additional donations will be provided during that quarter

Request Timeline

All donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date to be considered.

Submission Requirements

Organizations requesting a donation must complete a Donation Request Form in order to be considered.

All requests must be submitted via email to:

Requests made in person, through social media, or by phone will not be accepted.

Approval Process

All donations must receive prior approval from the owner of Kiko’s Den.

No donations will be provided without this authorization.

After Quarterly Limit Is Reached

Once the quarterly donation limit has been fulfilled, Kiko’s Den offers an alternative way to support community initiatives.

Approved organizations may receive 30% off their purchase.

Items purchased with this discount may be used by the organization for raffles, silent auctions, or other fundraising efforts.
