Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kiko’s Den is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping of $18 per order. All orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your package is on its way.

If you have questions about shipping before placing your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Kiko’s Den is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

If in-store pickup is offered, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days or may be subject to cancellation and refund at our discretion.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
