2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services and to discontinue any product at any time.

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in pricing or product descriptions
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

4. Shipping

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kiko’s Den is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase from Kiko’s Den. Our return policy is as follows:

Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase and will be issued to the original form of payment.
Store credit or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

For online purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made by Kiko’s Den.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and layout, is the property of Kiko’s Den and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission from Kiko’s Den.
